Using quality grinders, our Blue Chip crew grinds the concrete to prepare the surface of the floor. Grinding the concrete exposing a fresh and clean surface. The floor is then evaluated for cracks and markings, which are filled as needed and smoothed to a level floor. The area remains clean with an industrial vacuum system to eliminate dust.

Once the area is prepared, our crew will apply a base layer of our high quality material. The Epoxy or Polyaspartic/Polyurea may be tinted to a color of your choosing. The base coat is then covered by color chips that will add texture and a unique color to your floor. Our crew maintains and removes any access color chips by scraping the area to an even and smooth surface.

Once the floor has been set with the base coat and color chips, Blue Chip completes the process by applying a layer of top coat. We use the highest quality Polyaspartic/Polyurea top coat for a strong and durable finished product. The top coat is added to seal the floor and protect from wear and tear.
